ACF Pricing Guidelines

ACF works closely with a wide range of vendors with whom we consistently do large volumes of business. Our vendor portfolio encompasses the entire spectrum of product from low cost, low quality to higher cost, premium quality. This in turn gives us significant pricing leverage when buying product, which we directly pass along to you. And customers find that the direct savings gained from accessing ACF’s comprehensive services, local expertise and extensive supplier network far outweigh the costs of retaining us. We free you up to focus on what you do best: selling products in familiar markets.

Fees are calculated according to the order complexity or container size. They are typically percentage based and may range from less then one thousand to several thousand US dollars. Once presented with an order, we will supply a detailed quotation that is based on the and the complexity of the sourcing the product involved, location/number of suppliers and the frequency of orders. The majority of our orders are for more than 1000 items, filling a 40' HQ container (66.7 cbm). However, we can and do service smaller orders of almost any size, from 20 foot containers on down.

EN-ROUTE SALES SUPPORT

Internet ready images for online sales via your website, ebay, customer mailings, etc. Prices are usually per piece and we will typically provide up to six images for larger items and up to four images per small item.

IN-PERSON DAY SERVICE

In-depth tours of Beijing area shops and factories billed per day [6+ hours]. Locations outside Beijing also available with a surcharge. 40% of the day rate will be credited back on container orders placed during the visit.

QUALITY ASSURANCE/VENDOR COORDINATION

Non-local (outside Beijing) QC's average cost per day $225 USD + expenses. In some cases customers may wish to consider ACF ON RETAINER as an alternative (See below).

ACF ON RETAINER

When translated into a monthly figure, management fees can range from a few hundred USD to several thousand. Please contact us for a detailed needs assessment and quotation.
