Information about Payments

Unless specifically noted otherwise, our invoices and statements will be in Chinese RMB. However, when making payment, PLEASE PAY IN USD, EURO, OR HKD. (We recommend you do not send Chinese RMB).

Please Avoid Payment Delays If there is a delay it is usually waiting for payment to be received. Our payments to our vendors are usually by direct deposit or bank transfer so your delayed payment to us can in turn delay our payment to the vendor. Payments and pickups are pre-scheduled and otherwise we need to delay everything - which is a nightmare considering the coordination involved. “If you are late with your payment, it throws everything off.”

To convert back to your home currency use the Bank of China current days rate, available online at: ICBC or at Bank of China

Wire Transfers (TT's)

Wire transfers take a few days at best and at times direct to China transfers can take even longer. Allow adequate time for your payment to process through the system. We recommend five working days to be safe. For example, a customer would need to start their transfers Monday/Tuesday at the latest in order for it to arrive here by Friday. For customers in the western hemisphere, please remember a Friday there is already Saturday (a non-working day) here….

Please remember you MUST send a copy of the transfer receipt so we may track your transaction. From time to time transfers do get lost in the banking system. When or if this occurs, it is extremely time consuming to trace down problem and could take up to 20 days or more to locate the error and status of the funds. This is especially true without a copy of your transfer receipt.

Should such a situation occur, ACF is not responsible for any delays as a result of banking mix-ups on the customers end. Any related chargeback fees, banking or trace fees or other associated charges related to locating lost transfers are the responsibility of the customer and will be reflected as such on your service invoice.
