What is your minimum order requirement?
We prefer not to handle orders of less than $ 4000 USD. In some cases, we might consider lower requirements but our normal terms may not apply. More information about our minimums policies can be found here.
What is a typical cost for a container?
The actual number will really vary according to the quality level of the items, the product mix and according to the number of smalls included. We have even had containers with several thousand small items packed with furniture in a single container. But an average cost for a 40ft containers can be anywhere between $16,000 to $30,000 depending on the mix.
What other fees and charges must I pay for?

Are discounts available?
Yes, for multiple-container purchases of mixed goods or bulk-purchases of individual products. For small quantities, it is normally not possible. Please call or e-mail us.
How do I confirm an item I have seen in a photo, in your catalogue or in person?

How long will it take to execute my order?
This depends on the size and complexity of your order. In general standard orders typically take between to 30 to 60 days turnaround. Custom orders are often longer. Please let us know the quantities and codes of the items that you require so that we can advise you of a production schedule. You may also want to have a look at a typical order cycle for some examples of what occurs during this timeframe.
Do you hold stock of your products?
With some exceptions (such as one-of-a-kind antiques, or handicraft items), we normally do not hold stock of any items, the production of every order begins upon receipt of your deposit. This therefore effects lead times. A large portion of the items we source are one of a kind, and the availability of others is unpredictable. We can’t guarantee that we are able to locate all items within the time frame necessary in which to process your order.
Where do you currently ship?
We ship all over the world, to countries such as the United States, Germany, Brazil, Italy, Singapore and more.
How do you pack your orders?
We use a three-step packing process. First, a water-resistant wax paper, followed by single-sided corrugated cardboard. Finally, on the edges and tops, we use a heavy cardboard to protect the items from rubbing against each other in the container. What will the shipping cost be?
This will depend on the size of your shipment and the method of shipping. When inquiring about shipping charges, we request that you let us know the codes and quantities of the items you are interested in ordering, your chosen method of shipping, air or sea, and your nearest international port or airport. This will not obligate you in any way, but it will enable us to obtain a quotation based on the information provided. detailed information about shipping can be found here.
I have other suppliers in China. Can I consolidate their orders with yours and have them sent as a single shipment?
Yes you can, let us know who they are and we'll liaise with them to make sure that all of your orders are sent as one shipment. However there are certain limitations and in complex cases we will charge a handling fee for the additional time and labor involved. How do I pay for my order?

Do you offer credit terms?
We do not offer any credit terms. Please remember, you are purchasing at source at a price that is far lower than you would pay locally in your own country.
