To process an order, particularly in an international environment there are many parties which need to communicate and coordinate amongst and a single missed date can throw everything off. Therefore it is vital that customers stay streamlined and right on top of payments and related issues. Chinese vendors are notoriously impatient and need to be paid promptly. At times warehouse space can be tight especially during busy seasons and its difficult for vendors to hold sold goods in the warehouse for anything more then a very short amount of time, and when it drags on, even for a short amount of time, we get hit with storage fees and late charges. Regarding payment, the issue for us is timing and standard operating procedure, rather then trust.
