Wire transfers take a few days at best and at times direct to China transfers can take even longer. Allow adequate time for your payment to process through the system. We recommend five working days to be safe. For example, a customer would need to start their transfers Monday/Tuesday at the latest in order for it to arrive here by Friday. For customers in the western hemisphere, please remember a Friday there is already Saturday (a non-working day) here….

Please remember you MUST send a copy of the transfer receipt so we may track your transaction. From time to time transfers do get lost in the banking system. When or if this occurs, it is extremely time consuming to trace down problem and could take up to 20 days or more to locate the error and status of the funds. This is especially true without a copy of your transfer receipt.

Should such a situation occur, ACF is not responsible for any delays as a result of banking mix-ups on the customers end. Any related chargeback fees, banking or trace fees or other associated charges related to locating lost transfers are the responsibility of the customer and will be reflected as such on your service invoice.

If you are visiting China and cash payments occur, they received must be confirmed in writing typically with a signed (or in some situations a “stamped”) receipt. Copies of any cash payments or deposits individualy made on site to vendors or suppliers must be submitted to ACF or will otherwise not be reflected in your statement. We reccomend you do not make cash payments to vendors directly.

I sent 6000 USD but it seems you only received 5400 USD. What happened?

Check with your sending agent. Some local agents charge extrodinary fees for processing a wire transfer - especially if it involves a currency exchange. We reccomend you initiate your transfer direct from your own bank and use one of our major accepted currencies such as Euro or USD.
