What is your minimum order requirement?

We prefer not to handle orders of less than $ 4000 USD. 1)

Is it possible to purchase a few items?

• For smaller items such as lanterns or boxes there is almost always a minimum of 30 or more items. Please check with your sales representative at the time of ordering to confirm.
• For LCL orders a minimum of 7 to 10 cubic meters is preffered.
• In some cases, we might consider lower requirements but our normal terms may not apply.

“But my local wholesaler here, only has a minimum order requirement of US$100. Why is your minimum requirement so much higher?”

Please remember that you are buying at source. Orders of a lesser amount probably would not work out to be economical for shipping and in many cases it may be that your freight costs far exceed the cost of the goods themselves. We assume that you have approached us because you want to cut out your local wholesaler and save money, if that is the case, we kindly request that you be prepared to buy on the same terms as wholesalers would.

“To be honest, I am looking to purchase a sample pack of goods to test quality. Can you assist me with this?”

Yes, however we will charge normal retail prices for these items. Should you then be satisfied with the quality of these items and would like to continue with a wholesale order we will offer you a discount off your sample products prices.
