Customers may log-in to our website for an idea of some of the average price ranges we can offer. These however are just price ranges only, since we are able to source and provide product in all price ranges. So in this regard, its really up to the customer to decide which price/quality point they are requiring and then we will match a vendor(s) to them accordingly. Also, a large portion of the items we source are one of a kind, and the availability of others is unpredictable. We can’t guarantee that we are able to locate all items within the time frame necessary in which to process your order. And with a catalogue of thousands of unique items, it can even be the case that a price are quoted on our web-site is a price last paid 3-4 year ago, which may not be available now. To check the price of an item:
There is an item in your catalogue that seems to be similar/the same as an item I bought from you before, but this one is more expensive. Why is that?
We are always looking to upgrade the quality of the products we can source. Differences in our posted prices are most often a reflection of these quality differences. We can source at almost any quality level. However, if you want low priced items, we will try to guide you towards product that will hold up over time, rather than split, crack, peel or fall apart.
Are there any other items which you upcharge for?
Yes. In special curcumstances there are minor upcharges which we will bill you for if the situation requires To learn more about these items see upcharges.
Why must I log-in in order to see prices on your website?
We are a business to business company and do not sell to the general public. We are actually asked by many customers to not state our prices on our website. The reason being that our customers do not want their customers to see how much they are paying for our products. We request that customers submit a price request form to us as we would like to know what kind of customer has an interest in our products, where they are from, their line of business, etc. That helps us to tune in to our customers needs and provide them with more information of new products when they become available. It also helps us to verify whether or not an inquiry is from a bona fide business. More details about our online_order and account system.
What are the current price trends for this industry?
We are slowly noticing a trend of certain furniture prices rising by 10 to 20 percent. We had a meeting about this today because we were all separately starting to notice it and it clearly seems to be true. At first it was one vendor, but not we are starting to hear it from almost everyone. We are noticing it on certain items that we have an established price on. Apparently the price of wood has risen a bit (this we already knew) but also now the workers are in more demand as well. One boss mentioned that if he didn't give them a raise, they would simply go to another factory. I am not sure the exact amounts and the 10 to 20 percent is our own guesses calculated from the numbers the factories tell us they pay their workers and what we are seeing in price changes. (For instance the guys who do lacquering now make 2000 rmb a month instead of 1600). Anyway this is something we must all plan-for and consider since it seems to be industry wide event.
Can you send me a price list?
ACF works with multiple suppliers and numerous products. In most cases our online catalogue serves as a sample price list. We do not have a printed catalogue. online_order
