Prompt, replies to communications:

Provide us with clear information: Detailed information and most of the answers to these questions have been made available on-line and on paper for quite some time now. Your on-line order, printed paperwork (as well as emailed PDF copies of files) clearly states you what items you ordered, the status, the price, description etc and adequate time to verify goods received. Its the customers responsibility to review this carefully information and get back to us about it quickly and in reasonable amount of time if there are any questions.

If you have specific requests you must clarify what you are asking or which specific products you are referring to preferably (with item numbers or serial numbers) and provide supporting documentation such as photos (if necessary) detailed information.

Be on time and prompt with payments.

When payments drag on we get hit with storage fees and late charges which we do pass onward. Vendors (and ACF) cannot hold product indefinitely. Vendors must be paid promptly. Warehouse space can be tight especially during busy seasons and its difficult for vendors to hold sold or deposited goods in the warehouse for anything more then a short reasonable amount of time which is generally no more then a month or two. We cannot work to resolve issues, claims, questions or problems submitted months after the fact. Prompt communications helps to prevent this.
