The Chinese logistic system does work, it just works differently from what you are accustomed to and the end result will be the same.

ACF is your partner in China – we understand the language and business practices, the market, plus we know the quality per price ranges. We will be taking you into a variety of situations and introducing you to our supplier network. We may even take you to vendors we don’t normally work with. Therefore, as your partner here, we expect that you will allow us to negotiate and handle any and all transaction that will occur including all interactions with vendors.

China is fascinating but is a very complicated environment in which to do business, and as your agent here it is imperative that you allow us to navigate the transaction for you and we expect you to honor this arrangement.

In order to process your order ACF has established key vendor management systems which are of critica important to your business.

Internal means that ACF had cultivated a lasting relationship with this vendor. We deal with them regularly and have running credit and purchasing agreements that means we can provide you with 'cheaper than wholesales' prices. As an internal vendor they are exclusive to ACF and they are our main production centers . We understand their quality levels, production capacity and logistic arrangements. We also provide you with on going services, not short term solutions. Vendor pricing may fluctuate and as such we provide a price management system that will help your company to accurately retain your profit margins.

Please note: We will not charge separate fees for internal vendor management: To include sourcing, production quality and packing; these services are covered by our in-house system.

When visiting China on a purchasing trip, please remember any price you are quoted by vendors may not be the true value. ACF can compete with any vendor quotes and match or better any prices you are offered (subject to written quote only). If you find a product you like and it is within our normal field of business we can source it, produce it or ship it; providing the best price and service for your business (fees may apply for sourcing external vendors see below).

External Vendors

• If you are purchasing from an external vendor(non ACF internal vendor) ACF will not accept any responsibility for your transaction(s). Any delays in production, loading, packing or shipping caused by the external vendor are at your risk alone. Although we may assist you with an external vendor (at our discretion), this is considered an additional service and is chargeable.

• ACF will not accept any legal responsibility for external vendors quality, legal status, breaking of contracts or agreements. And will not accept responsibility for any legal services needed regarding fraudulent or illegal activities (to include smuggling) committed by an external vendor. And any parties involved in the fore-mentioned activities will be punishable by the PRC government laws and regulations.

Please note

If a container is to be shared between internal and external vendors, ACF has the rights to ship the container with out the external vendors products, if and only when excessive delays are incurred that will directly affect ACF's normal operation of business. In this unlikely situation, ACF will inform our clients of the situation 10 days before any action is taken.

While you hope to gain enjoyment and satisfaction from the products you may purchase from a specific vendor, at the same time we must do business with that vendor and handle a transaction that is significantly more complex then one might imagine. There are also business laws, tax regulations etc which must be considered in every transaction. Interjecting yourself into the process only further delays things and cause additional problems.
