For large items we typically use three layers of packing:

1. Bubble for shock resistance
2. Foam wrap
3. Cardboard.

Small items can be packed inside inner spaces of cabinets and other un-used areas

Examples of special packing situations include:

• Stone
• Ceramics
• Custom built items
• Fragile items

• If items are not cleaned thouroughly, items can can be packed dirty.
• Sometimes items are cleaned but not cleaned well enough.
• On newly made reproductions or recently lacquered items, if they are not completely dried, the lacquer can stick to the packaging paper.
• Items can break in transit if packed poorly.
• Labels on the packaging can be incorrect.

In fact, part of our mandatory process is that we take digital pictures of everything prior to packing, and we can also send warehouse pictures of how everything looks packed. This further helps in the event of an insurance claim. packing and shipping.
