We offer total assistance and will facilitate and will work with you to oversea all aspects of the process. All types of transport/freight require some level of:

• packing
• customs inspection
• Freight
• Your delivery address & other details

Once payment is made, pieces can be picked up sent to the warehouse for photography, packing and customs. Customs clearance occurs at the warehouse itself with each item inspected and a small wax seal affixed to the back or side of each piece. The items are then packed into the container, transported to the port for fumigation, sealing and finally loading onto the ship. This entire process takes a minimum of seven days (typically closer to ten or twelve). Some tasks are fixed such as fumigation which takes three days. In many cirumstances we may need to consider these area's as well:

• weight For heavy items
• bookings For container shipments
• loading For container shipments or LCL shipments
• fumigation For ANY items containing wood products.
• coordination

Other Considerations include tagging of each item with the appropriate details, serial_numbers on each item, and in special cases consolidation of items both from ACF and other vendors.

We already work closely with a shipping company. Can you work with them?

Yes, we are happy to coordinate with whichever company you prefer. Note that while a company may handle the logistics on your end well, they may have significant problems in China. We can make recommendations from several companies who we know are capable of excellent service on both ends.

I cannot locate my order paperwork, shipping documents, or inventory photos.

During the course of your order, we will keep your order documentation and information in your secure online ACF account. While you can access this information at any time, we recommend you download a copy to your own computer to ensure that it is quickly available.

When we unpacked our shipment, we couldn’t find an item listed on our invoice or packing list.
