We are always looking to increase our network of partners around the world and we have two levels of partners. One as an associate, the other is exclusive. As our main business is working closely with wholesalers for many single orders we get everyday we normally refer requests to the closest partner or agent located in that specific geographical location. I want quality product, but I need to keep my costs low. Can you help me?
Perhaps more than anywhere else, quality is directly tied to price in China. The lower one drives the price, the lower the quality of the item produced. However, the reverse is not true, as factories in China have no qualms about grossly overcharging for inferior product.
We try to balance a customer’s demands with a practical outlook on what can be expected of a factory, being very cognizant of how low we can drive the price before the factory will start cutting corners to save money. Sometimes, saving a few Renmimbi on an item can cause the factory to produce a significantly inferior product. Through our extensive experience, we know where those limits are. Trust us to guide you in deciding how low to drive a price.

Our company has an existing relationship with one or more factories or suppliers in China. Do we have to discontinue those relationships in order to take advantage of your services?
It is our business to support and represent your business in China as best we can. If it makes sense, we can represent you with your existing factories, helping expedite and smooth your order process. Do note that in most situations, it is to your advantage to allow us to choose which factory to source your products from, as we can specifically target the best sources for each of your product needs.
Can you get me items that are outside of your normal product range?
Yes, but on a case-by-case basis. If we can\’t help you, we can refer you to other companies who can.
I’m planning on coming to Beijing to personally pick my order, so why do you want me to begin my paperwork and put items into my online account\’s cart before I arrive?
Depending on your order, we may need to take you to dozens of sources at different locations all in a relatively short period of time. Unlike what you may have previously experienced ordering from a single limited supplier, advance preparation and education is essential to our planning and scheduling.
Starting the order process prior to your visit will allow us to be more efficient and productive when you are here. By starting the paperwork in advance, we can answer your questions ahead of time and focus your visit time on finding product and filling your order.
Putting items into your cart will help us understand exactly what kind of products and price ranges you are interested in. It will also aid us in determining where to take you. It does not necessarily signify you are ordering those exact items.
Our system is build around your online account. It is where you enter all your company\’s information and where you will be able to see copies of your order\’s documentation. Accessing your account will also allow you to monitor your order\’s status and activity, as well as exchange information with our staff.
I am having trouble reaching you
If our staff are loading multiple container in a week we may be slow in replying. One thing that happens is when we load containers we are focused on that event. Though it sounds like a bad thing, its not because you know that if we load a container for you its means we are going to put everything else on hold for a day to make sure your container gets 100% of our attention! With that said, they are usually aware f your request and will et back to you. And we wont take offense if you feel you need to remind us.
