Pre-buying

For our established customers who have money on account with us (and whom we intimately know their product tastes), we will pre-buy the items as we find them. When possible we will approve them with you first via photos though only if time permits as most items sell quickly, and rarely are still available even a day later. Prebuying is especially important for customers wanting unique or hard to find items.

These items will then be set aside for placement in your next order. Do not worry though - we will not indiscriminately purchase items for you and items will be added into your online order so you can check their status at all times.

In order to take advantage of pre-buying we recommend that you keep a deposit with us at all times. Chinese vendors are typically extremely impatient with orders and smaller vendors will often sell items to any other customer who comes along with cash in hand. The best way to offset this is with a hefty deposit.
